Behind the Brows

Hi I’m Anna — the owner and artist behind Earthbound Brow Co. Born and raised in East Tennessee, I’ve always let intuition guide me. After graduating with a Business degree from ETSU, I realized the corporate path wasn’t where I was meant to be. So I trusted that gut feeling, pivoted into esthetics, and finally stepped into a career that felt truly aligned.

I quickly fell in love with the art of permanent makeup, which led me to Nashville for a year-long apprenticeship to earn my tattoo license. There, everything clicked. I grew into my craft and became the sole cosmetic tattooist at a med spa recognized as “Best Microblading Studio” two years in a row by The Nashville Scene. My years in Music City shaped me as an artist — detail-oriented, intentional, and deeply connected to each person who has trusted me as their artist over the years.

Life later brought me to Atlanta — another intuitive nudge toward a new chapter, a new city, and the chance to keep doing what I love. This work is more than technique or artistry to me. It’s creating a space where people feel cared for, considered, and truly seen. Helping someone walk out of my studio feeling more confident in themselves is the part of this craft I love most.

Outside the studio, I’m soaking up life with my husband, our sweet baby boy, and our German Shepherd — the pieces of my world that keep me grounded and inspired.

If you’re here, welcome. I’m honored to get to be the one to bring your beauty goals to life.

Why clients trust Earthbound Brow Co.

  • “Loved the perfectionism and attention to detail, exactly what I asked for and I have already had so many compliments! Best of all, Anna took the time to make sure I was completely numb and it was a great experience with minimal discomfort. Would not consider letting anyone else touch my brows.”

    -D. Deaver

  • “I had a wonderful experience with Anna. She is very kind, patient, and truly professional. What stood out the most is how much she cares about making sure you’re pleased with her work—both before and after the service. My eyebrows came out absolutely perfect. I will definitely will continue booking my future appointments with her!”

    -M. Garduno

  • “I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Anna. my brows have over time become very sparse. I wanted a natural brow that didn’t overwhelm and she did exactly that. Anna asked questions about my lifestyle, my expectations and then absolutely exceeded every expectation that I had.”

Aftercare Instructions

Aftercare Instructions

A gloved hand holding a pair of cuticle scissors, a nail clipper, a nail file, and a mascara wand.
  • Proper aftercare is essential for crisp, beautiful healed results. Please follow these instructions for the first 7 days after your appointment:

    Daily Care (Morning & Night)

    1. Mist the brows lightly with the provided cleansing solution.

    2. Pat dry gently with a clean tissue—do not rub.

    3. Apply a very thin layer of your aftercare gel. Less is more.

    Important Guidelines

    • Do not saturate your brows with water. Avoid long showers, steam rooms, saunas, and submerging your face.

    • Avoid brow makeup or skincare products directly on the brow area.

    • Avoid heavy sweating (gym workouts, hot yoga, outdoor runs, etc.).

    • Do not pick, peel, or scratch the brow area as it heals.

    • Allow the brows to breathe naturally—no occlusive bandages or thick ointments.

    • Expect some flaking, itching, and mild pigment loss during the healing process. This is normal.

    Healing Timeline

    • Days 1–3: Brows look bold/dark.

    • Days 4–6: Flaking + patchiness may occur.

    • Days 7–14: Color softens as the skin heals.

    • Final color is visible around 4–6 weeks.

    For best long-term results:

    • Avoid excessive sun exposure. UV rays fade pigment quickly — always apply SPF 30+ directly over your brows when outdoors.

    • Skip strong exfoliants (retinoids, AHAs/BHAs, acne treatments) on or near the brows, as these ingredients can lighten pigment over time.

    • Keep your skin hydrated. Well-moisturized skin holds pigment better. Use a gentle, non-active moisturizer around the brow area.

    • Protect your brows during skincare. When applying masks, peels, or resurfacing products, avoid the brow area altogether.

    • Avoid aggressive facial treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, or laser treatments over the brows.

    • Book maintenance touch-ups every 12–24 months to refresh color and shape.

With proper care, your brows will stay soft, natural, and beautifully defined for as long as possible.

  • Proper aftercare is essential for smooth healing and even color retention. Please follow these instructions for the first 7 days after your appointment:

    Daily Care (Morning & Night)

    1. Mist lips lightly with the provided cleansing solution.

    2. Pat dry with a clean tissue.

    3. Apply a thin layer of the provided healing ointment to keep lips lightly hydrated (never thick or goopy).

    Important Guidelines

    • No saturated water exposure. Avoid long showers, pools, saunas, and steam.

    • Avoid spicy, acidic, or salty foods for the first 48 hours. They may sting or irritate the lips.

    • Use a straw for all drinks for 3–5 days.

    • Avoid picking or peeling any flaking skin—this causes pigment loss.

    • Avoid heavy sweating and direct sun exposure.

    • Avoid kissing and oral activities until fully healed (to prevent infection).

    • No lip makeup, glosses, or balms other than your aftercare ointment.

    • Keep lips clean, dry, and lightly moisturized—never overly coated.

    Healing Timeline

    • Days 1–2: Lips look bold, slightly swollen, and bright.

    • Days 3–5: Flaking and dryness begin; color may look patchy.

    • Days 5–10: Color appears very light or “missing”—this is normal.

    • Weeks 4–6: Color resurfaces and settles into its final healed shade.

  • First 24 Hours

    • Do NOT get your brows wet—no water, steam, sweat, or humidity.

    • Avoid touching, rubbing, or sleeping directly on your brows.

    • Do not apply makeup or skincare products to the brow area.

    Longevity Tips
